“We started working with Nancy back in September 2024 for an initial placement within our South Gloucestershire area, Nancy has fast become one of my nine Freelance PE’s to date and has worked with 8 students within a variety of  services and we will continue to offer her more placements when they come up,  Student Success is at the heart of her working and thinking and I have seen her adapt her style to each learner, she has an empathetic approach and is keen to understand us a business, she is highly responsive and quick to resolve any student issues as they arrive. I recently had the pleasure of seeing Nancy at a joint event for students who were leaving our settings, it was clear the respect they had for her  and her for them, she was genuinely pleased to see how they had grown as professionals, Nancy is a natural mentor and excellent PE”.
